If you contact us, the message and the contact details you choose to include may be received so we can respond. Please do not send Social Security numbers, full birth dates, protected addresses, payment data, identity documents, court filings, or other sensitive material through an ordinary message.

Their privacy notices, search terms, forms, cookies, access rules, and payment procedures apply once you leave this service. Review the destination’s policy before entering any personal or payment information.
Who May Receive Data
We may use service providers that support hosting, security, or communications, subject to their operational role. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, needed to protect rights or safety, or necessary to respond to a valid legal process. We do not publish private contact messages.
Security Practices
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used for the limited information in our control. No internet transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. Official record requests, identification documents, and payments should be submitted only through the custodian’s approved channel.
Visitors Under 18
Fair Oaks Residents Directory is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied information may contact us to request review or deletion where appropriate.
Your Virginia Privacy Choices
Virginia’s Consumer Data Protection Act, Va. Code Title 59.1, Chapter 53, provides qualifying consumers rights involving access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-outs with covered controllers. Those rights apply through the applicable controller and do not erase Fairfax County deeds, historical directories, court records, or other government and archival records. A privacy request may be retained as a suppression record where needed to honor it.
